The first thing I would do as a moderator is to check the legality of the naming of offenders.
Second, I would suggest that registration not be immediate, without confirmation and that
membership be offered after a screening process and a payment through PayPal.

Basically, all credibility, anonymity, privacy and effectiveness is lost by the present system.

To me this would be more of a "come in to my parlor sais the spider to the fly" situation at present and could end up a bun fight.

Its a good idea, but not something I would care to moderate in its present form.

Have you ever been in a situation where you are dealing with several people yet you know they are one in the same? You get an email suggesting that something happened to their server, 2 minutes later another marketer sends you the link to buy a product that would prevent that happening to you?
Sure it happens all the time. The WF? for instance, you can tell by post numbers that some join again to testify thier own product.

So the point is that offenders WILL join here and see the posts. They will also punish people who post,
should they identify them.

Scary stuff I would say.
This is dangerous to say the least.

what kind of responsibility a moderator has?

and how many mods are you planning to get and what kind of requirements
you have in mind?

I don't mind there is no pay as long as I'm getting other beneficial like a link point back to my sites.
affiliate commission sharing etc.. well but let's not getting to greedy about it,
